The Deeper Life Bible Church has scheduled the May 2023 edition of its monthly crusade, GCK, for the 25th-30th of May 2023. The event has been announced to hold in the West African country of Benin Republic, in the city of Port Novo.
The Global Crusade with Kumuyi, GCK, is a monthly crusade by the Bible church which initially commenced in May 2021 at Abuja. The crusade was officially launched on the 31st of July 2022, in Ikorodu, Lagos state. This month makes it two years since the inception of the crusade, and now the ministry is taking a different turn.
While most of the crusades within the past two years occurred in Nigeria, the crusade is now spreading its tentacles to other African countries. So far aside from Nigeria, the GCK has been held in Togo, Cameroun, Ghana and now it is going to the Benin Republic.
This month's crusade is themed, Supernatural Salvation Through Christ, and will be having the General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Ministry and the Convener of the GCK, Pastor William.F. Kumuyi, speaking during the 5 days event.
Holding live at the Charles de Gaulle's stadium in Port Novo, participants close to the location can witness the event live. Meanwhile, participants in Nigeria and other countries across the world can watch the event live at any of the closest GCK locations.
As a norm to have guest ministers for each crusade, this month’s guest minister is Dan Luiten. Dan is a French-speaking worship minister and music evangelist. He has produced 2 solo albums, Pour qui Tu es" and "Plus de toi. It is understandable that Dan is the guest minister considering his language, the location of the GCK this month, and the audience of the live location.
The growth of the global crusade is evidently increasing in location as in size. It is definitely a sight to see and a gathering to be.
